Started an account the autumn of 2017 at Degiro. Traded some Swedish stocks. One of the preferred stocks I was trading was redeemed by the company. The corporate action department of Degiro made a bug mistake and deducted taxes amounting of €5000 when the stock was redeemed. I've sent 10+ email to them and described what they did wrong and they have admitted their mistake. But they are not repaying me, they are just pointing at their custodian and blames them. Very very customer unfriendly. Ive now waited over 4 months for my €5000 that Degiro is keeping from me and they have still not repaid me. Ive had to take a credit from my bank to cover for the lost €5000.
