You are solely responsible for ensuring that any product or service you choose meets your needs, and you must carry out your own due diligence.
If you purchase a product or service through our Website, you must carefully read the provider’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as these will differ from ours, and we are not liable for any discrepancies or breaches in services delivered by third parties.

Introduction and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, set out the general Terms and Conditions (also referred to as "Terms") that apply to your access and use of all Financer products and services (collectively, the "Financer Services" or "Services"), made available through our Websites, including but not limited to all content and Services provided under the Financer domain, as well as via certain downloadable mobile apps or platforms authorized by Financer to deliver our services (collectively, the "Website" or "Site").

“Financer” includes Financer Limited and its officers, directors, employees, consultants, affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents.

By using or accessing the Financer Services, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements outlined herein and that you agree to these Terms, as updated in their latest version.

Acceptance of These Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using our Website, you agree to be bound by and to act in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept or cannot comply with these Terms and Conditions or our Privacy Policy, you are not permitted to access or use the Website and should immediately stop accessing or using the content.

If you breach these Terms and Conditions, your right to access and use the Website will terminate immediately.

Our Services

Financer is primarily a comparison Service that can be used to compare various financial services or products based on available information. Within our comparisons, we may provide data such as contact details, interest rates, ratings, reviews, and product descriptions, among other things.

Other parts of our Service may also include but are not limited to financial news, general or specific financial information, savings tips, educational programs, reward programs, incentive competitions, and more.

Our educational programs may be free or subscription-based. Subscription-based educational programs are provided under the names “Financer Academy,” “Financer Courses,” or simply “the Academy.”

The subscription to the Academy takes effect upon placing an order and continues until terminated in accordance with the cancellation terms presented on the subscription information page or in the official terms page.

The subscription will automatically renew at the same interval as the initial subscription plan unless canceled in advance. To avoid automatic billing, you must cancel your subscription before the end of the current subscription or trial period. Cancellation can be done from the user profile page or by emailing team@Financer.

Financer does not offer refunds for payments made on recurring subscription plans after the renewal date.

If you cancel your subscription after payment, you will retain access until the end of the subscription period and will not be billed for the next cycle.

Violation of our Terms may result in the suspension of your subscription by Financer.

In addition to the above refund policy, if you have a right of withdrawal under applicable laws in your country, including any EU legislation, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days. You may withdraw from the Academy Services subscription without providing any reason and without incurring any costs beyond those stated in this clause. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after your subscription becomes effective. However, you forfeit the right of withdrawal if the Services have already been fully or partially delivered and consumed by you or by another user under your account.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement, sent to: team@Financer.

Financer Services may also include access to third-party reward programs; platforms enabling users to locate and contact third-party financial services and professionals (e.g., experts, lawyers, and advisors); discussion forums, community forums, message boards, rating services, and Q&A features with third-party advisors; and platforms that allow users to apply for pre-qualification offers on credit cards or loans.

We strive to provide accurate information for each service featured on our site, but you understand that we are not liable if that information is inaccurate. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence from internal and external sources for each service you consider as a customer.

To receive a result on a financial product via our comparison Service, you may be required to input certain information, such as specific search criteria or responses to questions. The data you provide will determine the products or services available to you. You must obtain permission from any other person/company whose details you intend to use when applying for a financial product through us. This applies to all information you submit. By submitting another person’s data, you confirm that you have their permission and understand how their information will be used.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you answer all questions truthfully and that all information you provide to Financer is true, accurate, and complete.

Competitions

Any reward program or referral incentive program (also referred to as “Contests,” “Giveaways,” “Competitions,” or “Prizes”) is governed by the following rules, numbered 1 to 25:

Each statement or provision is binding and referred to as a “rule.” All rules collectively form a subset of the official terms and conditions. In these terms, “you” refers to you as a “participant” in the promotional contest, who has voluntarily chosen to take part by first accepting the terms. To become a participant, you must read, understand, agree to, and comply with all the terms listed.
“Financer email lists,” “Financer News,” “Financer newsletter,” or simply “News” refer to our email subscription lists as described more fully in rule 24 and in our Privacy Policy. There may be multiple winners in each contest. The terms applicable to each winner will apply to all winners.
The promotion is in no way associated with, administered by, or endorsed by Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, or any other company, except Financer Limited (regardless of which platform the promotion takes place on). By participating, you release all employees, investors, stakeholders, and partners of Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, Financer Limited, or any other company from any liability related to your participation.
The promoter is Financer Limited.
The promoter reserves the right to assign the entire promotion and all related legal and operational responsibilities to commercial entities/individuals that are partners or active collaborators. If a contest is organized by such a partner, the promoter is fully released from any legal or operational liability associated with the promotion.
The contest is open to all adult residents from UN-recognized countries, unless a law, directive, regulation, or jurisdiction restricts or prohibits participation. It is your responsibility to check whether you are legally allowed to participate.
No entry fee or purchase is required to participate in the contest.
By meeting the contest requirements, you officially enter the contest and agree to be bound by these terms and all associated rules published in official Financer posts.
Only one entry per person is allowed unless stated otherwise. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified unless explicitly permitted in the contest terms.
The opening date for entries is the date when the official post is shared on the promoter’s official social media channels, unless otherwise indicated.
The closing date for entries will be the last calendar day of the month in which the contest is announced, unless otherwise stated by the organizers.
We accept no responsibility for entries not received for any reason.
The rules for how to enter are explained in the official contest post, as published on the promoter’s official communication channels, including social media or the website.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the contest and these terms without prior notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military unrest, force majeure, or an actual or anticipated breach of applicable law or regulation, or any other event beyond the promoter’s control. Any changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details provided to any participant by a third party connected with the contest.
The prize is as stated in the official contest post and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are non-transferable and subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without notice.
Multiple winners may be chosen per contest. Winners will be notified via email and/or DM on Twitter/Facebook/Instagram and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize and accept the prize terms within 2 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and/or choose a replacement winner and/or declare the contest and prize void.
The promoter will inform the winner when and where the prize can be collected/delivered.
The promoter’s decision on all contest matters is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The contest and these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malta.
By entering the contest, the winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity materials. Each winner is required to send us a photo holding or mentioning the prize within 2 days of its delivery to the designated address (physical or virtual). The winner also agrees to grant us permission to use any content they provide for any commercial purpose.
By participating in the contest, you agree to these terms and conditions.
All participants agree to allow us to share, distribute, and modify any content they submit or share on our official social media channels, including text, images, references, or any related content.
All reviews submitted for any company listed on Financer must be genuine and reflect a real customer experience. Participants will be disqualified if their review is found to be inauthentic. Submitting a review is not required to enter the contest. If a review is incentivized by the giveaway, this must be disclosed in the review title.
The only mandatory action required to enter the contest(s) is subscribing to one or more of Financer’s email lists. These lists may cover marketing, remarketing, user support, service updates, newsletters, account settings, privacy info, general requirements, or specific user requests. By subscribing, you agree that your email may be used for any of the above-mentioned purposes or any others deemed appropriate by Financer.

Forum & User-Generated Content

Financer may offer features that allow users to share content, reviews, comments, and opinions on financial topics with other users through the Website, Financer’s social media pages, the Community Forum (if available), or other user discussion platforms (collectively, the “Forum”). Your use of the Forum is governed by these Terms and Conditions as well as our Community Guidelines.

i) The Forum content consists of contributions from independent users unaffiliated with Financer, whose views are their own. Financer does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of any opinions or advice posted on the Forum. You use any user-generated content from the Forum at your own risk.
ii) Any content you post on the Forum must comply with applicable laws, and must not include confidential information, trade secrets, personal data, vulgarity, or discrimination (including national, religious, gender, or age-based discrimination).
iii) Financer may, but is not obligated to, monitor Forum content and reserves the right to edit, correct, or delete any Forum content for any reason, at our sole discretion.
iv) You hereby grant Financer a free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, and transferable license to store, use, reproduce, modify, translate, transmit, and distribute any content, information, or material you submit or post on the Forum, on any current or future medium, for any purpose, including commercial use.
v) We may suspend a user's access to or ability to use the Forum immediately, without notice, at our sole discretion, for any violation of these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

Third-Party Services

As we work with multiple providers, it is important that you read and agree to each provider’s terms and conditions before using any part of their services or purchasing any digital product, as those terms differ from ours. After using or purchasing a product or service, you must verify that the data matches what you submitted. You should read all documents issued by the selected provider and ensure you understand all levels of coverage, financial limits, and applicable terms. If any information is incorrect, it is your responsibility to identify and correct it directly with the provider.

Companies may regularly update loan information, such as fees, rates, or other terms. Please contact the companies directly to get the most accurate and up-to-date information. We are not responsible for the accuracy of prices quoted to you and encourage you to do your own checks.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites and services. Financer provides these links for your convenience but does not control or endorse such websites and services. You acknowledge and agree that Financer has not reviewed the content, advertising, products, services, or other materials appearing on such third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their legality, accuracy, or suitability. We are not liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by your use of or reliance on such websites or services.

Account Information

To use the Services, you must (i) be at least eighteen (18) years old; (ii) have full legal capacity or the permission of your legal guardian; (iii) not have been previously suspended or removed from the Services; and (iv) register for and use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Account Registration: To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account. During registration, you may be asked to provide identifying information such as your email address and other contact details and to create a username and password (“Registration Information”). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. You also agree not to impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person, use false information, or conceal your identity from Financer for any reason.

You are responsible for your account: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your password and other registration information. For your protection and the safety of others, do not share your login information with anyone. If you do share it, we will consider any actions taken under your account as authorized by you.

Financer is not liable for any breach of personal data resulting from your decision to share your registration details with a third party or your failure to keep them confidential.

Commercial Use

This Site is intended for non-commercial use only, meaning it may only be used personally or by a business searching for a product solely on behalf of that business. Unauthorized commercial or bulk use may slow down the Services we provide to genuine customers. We monitor usage of our Services. If we detect commercial or bulk use before delivering our search results, we may interrupt the search. We reserve the right to take action against any unauthorized use of our Service to prevent disruption for real customers and to recover any damages.

Termination

If you violate any of these Terms, your permission to use the Services will automatically terminate. In addition, Financer may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your user account and/or suspend or terminate your access to some or all Services at any time, with or without notice.

You may close your account at any time by contacting Customer Support at team@Financer. Once your account is terminated, your previously provided information and content may no longer be accessible via your account. However, Financer may continue to store such data, and it may also be retained by third parties to whom it was shared during your use of the Services.

Community Guidelines

You agree not to:

Use the Services for unlawful purposes or in violation of any local, state, national, or international laws;
Violate or encourage others to violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights;
Post, upload, or distribute illegal, defamatory, libelous, inaccurate, offensive, obscene, pornographic, harassing, threatening, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate content;
Interfere in any way with the security features of the Services;
Interfere with the operation or use of the Services by any user, including by uploading or disseminating viruses, adware, spyware, worms, or other malicious code, by sending unsolicited offers or ads, or by attempting to collect personal data from users or third parties without their consent;
Access, monitor, or copy any content or information from the Site using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated or manual method for any purpose without our express written permission;
Engage in fraudulent activity, including impersonating another person or entity, claiming false affiliations, accessing others’ accounts without permission, or falsifying your identity or any data about yourself, including your age or birthdate;

Intellectual Property Rights

The copyright in all materials on this Site belongs to Financer. Any individual may print a copy of any portion of this material for personal use, subject to the following conditions:

The material may not be used for commercial purposes;
Any copy must retain all copyright and proprietary notices contained in the original material;
The technologies or processes used or described on this site may be subject to other intellectual property rights reserved by third parties;
Images on this Site are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or appropriated in any way without the written permission of the owner(s);
No logo, trademark, or service mark appearing on the site may be printed or copied unless it is part of the text it appears in.

Financer reserves the right, at any time, to modify these Terms or to impose new or additional Terms and Conditions on your use of the Services. Such modifications and additional Terms will become effective immediately upon posting on the Site and will be incorporated into these Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any material changes to the Terms, including but not limited to posting a notice on our website or sending an email to any address you have provided. Financer reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, some or all of the Services at any time without further notice or obligation to you. You agree that Financer will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of any of the Services.

Warranties and Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty or condition of any kind, either express or implied. Although Financer strives to maintain secure, accurate, and well-functioning Services, we cannot guarantee continuous operation or access, and technical or factual errors may occur unintentionally.

a) No warranties.
Financer specifically disclaims (but is not limited to) (i) any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, or non-infringement; and (ii) any warranties arising from the course of dealing, usage, or trade. You assume all risk for any and all damages that may result from your use of or access to the Services. Financer is not responsible for the loss, corruption, or unavailability of any information you submit through the Services, and you are solely responsible for backing up any such information.

b) No guarantee of accuracy.
Financer does not guarantee the accuracy and disclaims responsibility for any errors or inaccuracies in the information, content, recommendations, or materials made available through the Services.

Financer and the Services are not endorsed by or affiliated with FINRA, and Financer is not a financial institution or insurance provider. In no event shall Financer be liable to you for any incidental, special, direct, indirect, or punitive damages—whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory—whether or not Financer has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow disclaimers of warranties or limitations of liability in certain circumstances, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

In any case, Financer’s total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of money received by Financer from you in the last 12 (twelve) months, if any.

You understand that by entering this agreement, both you and Financer waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in any class action lawsuit.

Indemnification

You agree to be personally responsible for your use of the Services and agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Financer from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ and accounting fees and costs) arising from or in any way related to:
(i) your access to, use, or alleged use of the Services;
(ii) your violation of the Terms or any applicable law or regulation;
(iii) your violation of any rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property, publicity, privacy, or property rights; or
(iv) your use of third-party services and any disputes or issues with any such third parties.

Financer reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense.

Disputes

If you wish to raise a formal dispute, you may do so through the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. This platform helps direct you to the appropriate dispute resolution body. Financer cannot be held responsible for any errors made by the selected provider, nor can we respond to complaints on their behalf. The dispute resolution process will follow the applicable EU regulations in effect at that time, and the language of the procedure will be English.

These Terms and any dispute arising under them (including, but not limited to, validity, enforcement, interpretation, or termination) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta.

Miscellaneous Terms

a) Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, represent the entire understanding and agreement between you and Financer concerning your use of and access to the Services.

b) No Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not affect our right to enforce it later. Waiver of any breach or default does not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or default.

c) Formatting
The use of paragraph headings or formatting elements in these Terms is for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any provision unless explicitly stated otherwise.

d) Severability
If any part of the Terms is found to be void or unenforceable, the unenforceable part shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

e) Conclusion
These Terms are published on the Financer website and are considered a public offer available to any user who meets the requirements set forth herein. By accessing any part of the Site or Service, you accept this offer. No additional documentation (paper or electronic) is required to confirm acceptance.

Language of the Terms

The official language of these Terms and the Privacy Policy is English.
