Financer Partners allows companies to become verified partners, gaining access to review management, verified badges, and enhanced visibility on our platform. You can respond to reviews, manage your company profile, and improve your Financer score.
How long will I have access to my free account?
Your Standard (free) partnership provides unlimited access to Standard company listing features. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time to unlock additional features like review management and verified badges.
Do I have to pay when I sign up?
No! You can start with our Basic plan which is completely free. Only when you choose to upgrade to Verified or Exclusive partnership will payment be required.
What happens to my company's reviews if I stop using your service?
All reviews remain publicly visible on your company profile page. Your review history and Financer score are preserved regardless of your partnership status. We have the right to take down any company page if we feel that it does not serve our visitors best interest.
How long am I bound to a plan?
Verified Partner is a monthly subscription you can cancel anytime. Exclusive Partner requires a minimum 6-month prepaid commitment. You'll always have access until the end of your paid period.
Can I change my partnership tier?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your partnership tier at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
How does review management work?
As a Verified or Exclusive partner, you can respond to customer reviews directly on your company page. Your response rate impacts your Financer score - companies that respond to 100% of reviews get a score boost.
What is the Financer score?
The Financer score is calculated based on pricing, customer support, terms & flexibility, user reviews, and for partners - your review response rate. It helps customers compare companies objectively.
Can we manage our profile in multiple markets?
Yes. Choose "Custom" in our packages and our global partnership manager will get back to you.
Do you offer refunds?
We have a 14 day refund policy. If our team has spent substantial time working on your application (for example, writing a company review), we cannot offer any refund.
