Most of my experience with this company has been positive. The reps I've spoke to are always very friendly and their service is usually always quick and efficient.

I had a loan with Rise Credit and I found their option to select the amount of the loan and the terms to be phenomenal. Blue Trust doesn't offer the same flexibility in choosing your payment terms.

No website. Cant get any answers after you get money and they start deducting it from your account. On 550.00dollars I have paid $2771.00. Dont use this company, the interest rates are predatory.

They were decent until December 2021.

High interest but really not a secret. The main CON is the change in the loan process in 2022- you used to sign the application and get approved quickly, but now there are more hoops to jump through.

My experience has been straightforward and hassle-free. Maybe once or twice I needed to reschedule some payments but they've always been willing to help however they can. Really love Blue Trust Loans!

Always liked their customer service portal but with the recent improvements, I can now schedule extra payments online without being stuck on hold. Speaking of phone time, their service reps are fantastic. They're helpful and personable. As long as I need this kind of loan, Blue Trust is where I'll go.

Their customer service is nonexistent... after you're approved for a loan.. they won't communicate with you anymore.. called the 877-770-2682 line and it just disconnects,. They offer a text option 70680 and nobody responds... they provide an email option and nobody answers... but close the checking account they auto-withdraw from and they'll contact you immediately
