The payment shown on CashUSA's website was around $350 for our loan repayment, but they're actually pulling $800 out of our account. For that kind of money, we could've gotten a $200,000.00 mortgage on the house. The repayment terms were never clearly explained and we definitely didn't get it. Even worse, there's zero flexibility when it comes to their repayment conditions. My advice is stay away from this service if you possibly can, and if you absolutely have to use them, make sure you get a clear repayment amount confirmed. Don't rely on what their loan page shows - demand a written payment plan.

I did the application twice and it circled and sent me back to the home page. Nervous it was a scam and bait for info.

Their service was exceptional. They were attentive and made sure I understood everything and ask if I had any questions. My questions were answered in a timely and professional manner.

CASH USA KEEPS SENDING ME 2-3 EMAILS EVERY SINGLE DAY THAT I NEVER ASKED FOR. I'VE TOLD THEM MULTIPLE TIMES TO STOP AND NOTHING CHANGES. AT THIS POINT THEIR EMAILS ARE BASICALLY HARRASSMENT.

I filled out every bit of loan info they asked for, including my bank and routing numbers along with my social security number, only to sit there waiting while the system told me to contact their agent. Problem is, there's no agent available to contact. Looks like fraud or a scam to me. Total waste of my time.

Totally agree these are scammers. Everything's fake. They constantly demand this and that, and when you send money back they cancel the checks and drain your account balance. Already reported them to my local FBI and the BBB. Doesn't matter if they're using fake numbers, real numbers or burner phones - everyone who needs to know has been informed.

They scammed money out of me that I borrowed from my dying grandmother!!! Then they ignored my calls completely... This is an absolute scam and the government needs to take action against these people. They're hurting Americans just trying to get by!!!

Just so you know there's a scam running with CASH USA. Warning signs to watch for are the ( helpcashusa with gmail phone numbers are 702-776-9526 and 702-723-4677 they offered me $4000.00 at 10.25% APR $149.85 over 36 months. They said I needed to buy Credit Insurance for $200.00 and it could only be paid with a pre-paid Amex gift card

CashUsa scammed me on 12/22/2023. They wouldn't answer when I called trying to verify and get receipts for the process. Stay away from this payday loan. I feel extremely insulted and embarrassed that I fell victim to this scam.

Easy enough to enter your information and get a list of potential lenders

As another user as mentioned, CashUSA isn't accredited by the BBB which makes me a bit nervous. Also be prepared to receive TONS of communication from various lenders after submitting your information.

Too much spam and bogus phone calls from this garbage shut this down !!!

Quick and easy to understand process for getting a loan

Doesn't seem to offer a high loan limit, but still is a reasonable amount offered.

They have really great customer service, they were careful and made sure I understood everything and asked if I had any questions. My questions were answered promptly and thoroughly.

Total scam operation. You enter all your private info and then the spam hits nonstop. My application went nowhere except I got bombarded with scam emails constantly.

What a complete joke seriously! I've reported multiple spam emails to the site only for them to respond saying "they can't locate my email in their system" LOL this isn't complicated and I hate when companies try deceiving you! Why would anyone work with a company that won't be honest? spammers don't just go out sending mass emails for kicks.... they're getting paid for it. That means there's an affiliate setup someone's part of and they're illegally blasting spam. We'd all be way better off if we refused to support businesses sending unsolicited emails!
