Kesha over at the Martin Luther King Jr Drive branch in Winston Salem is absolutely fantastic. She's consistently upbeat, really knows her stuff, and makes me feel valued every time I come in. She'll even call me just to check in if I haven't stopped by in a bit. Finding a business and employee who genuinely care about their customers is pretty uncommon these days. Major props to Kesha and congrats to Ace for hiring such a superstar like her!

Excellent service at the San Luis AZ location, Elizabeth is extremely nice.

Called ace on 12.2 after my card got stolen and couldn't get into my account online since it was blocked due to suspected fraudulent charges. My whole wallet was taken including my debit card and a paper with my pin written on it. When I looked at my account there were 6 ATM withdrawals one after another the same day all within an hour for 200 each adding up to 1000. Filed a dispute but on the 24th they rejected it saying there's no fraud pattern. I never withdraw that much money. This isn't the first time either. They've never approved a single fraud dispute I've submitted.

The woman on shift today was extremely rude and I'm going to reach out to the appropriate people to file an official complaint

I searched all over the Internet trying to figure out my Ace Cash Express payday loan due date, but couldn't locate it anywhere. Every website just showed advertisements about applying and registering with them. They never sent me any reminder about my payday loan due date, and I genuinely tried finding out but couldn't. I paid them back on August 14, 2024, but it was actually due August 2, 2024. Now they won't give me another loan. I'm so frustrated and don't know what my options are. When I try getting a payday loan with them it says "Poor performance with us". I HATE THIS! Does anybody know how long I'll need to wait before getting another loan from them, considering I paid it back late?

Things have always been fantastic with Alicia and Diane. They deliver 100% and beyond; outstanding customer service. I stopped by ACE recently, and Alicia and Diane weren't working. Been doing business with Ace Cash Express for years now. I kept all my previous Pay Day loan paperwork filed away. Throughout my time borrowing from them, payments were always on time except the final one which was late because Bank of America shut down my account due to unexpected issues. After the bank closed my account, I couldn't access my money to pay Ace Cash Express when it was due. But I understood my responsibility to Ace Cash Express and stayed in communication explaining what happened with my funds. Eventually, I switched to a better bank with Wells Fargo and as soon as I got my money, I paid off that last loan. Then when I went to get another Payday loan from Ace Cash Express, it showed "Poor Loan Performance with us". This message keeps appearing even after a few years and customer service keeps telling me to just try again soon. Each time I apply, same message shows up, "Poor Loan Performance with us". This tells me that Ace Cash Express won't listen to legitimate reasons if you're having bank problems. What do they expect, for me to rob a bank to get their money on their schedule? I've worked with Ace Cash Express Payday competitors like Advance America, Speedy Loan, USA Cash Express, and several others. This is the only Payday lender that won't work with customers and lacks common sense. Seems like the CEO of Ace Express Cash has impossible standards and is purely greedy. I wouldn't recommend dealing with Ace Cash Express; this Payday business isn't reasonable about lending practices.

Store # 3226 Michelle is amazing she's kind and she can chat and process things quickly at the same time she gets customers in and out you're not stuck in line 45 minutes waiting like with the other employee who can't multitask so if you go in and Michelle's there you know it'll be quick if you see the other lady just head to a different ace
