DEZAVANTAJE

I am client of Revolut (not on the free tire). I recently discovered that Revolut does not provide statements for failed transactions (their support confirmed this) so there is no way to prove to another bank that you tried a transfer, and cannot hold responsible the recipient bank for denying a perfectly correct transaction. Revolut is faced with aggressive measures from other banks (at least here in Romania) and payments from Revolut are simply denied without reason leaving us unable to do anything about it.
