Agent in Payment Solution Department was very unprofessional when I called to inquire about an email about courtesy repayment. He told me I was wrong, no sort of repayment existed, initially wouldn\'t transfer me to another agent, got very irritated at my request. Very unusual behavior from customer service rep. Finally transferred me to another agent, Rebecca, who was extremely helpful and we found out that the courtesy repayment was actually available to me and we got it figured out.
